The definition of purpose is this "the reason for which something is done or created or for which something exists." You were created on purpose for a purpose. It is so easy to forget this when nothing seems to be going the way we pictured or planned. It's so easy to let fear and anxiety overwhelm your soul, but holdfast for there is a bigger story than the page that you keep rereading over and over. God has great things planned for you that you couldn't even ask for or imagine. He wants you to be free of bondage so that you can be fulfilled by Him. Whatever you struggle with today, be reminded to stand secure knowing that Jesus has already secured victory over that struggle on the cross. Pray today to be reminded of the victory Jesus has one for you! The victory over fear. Over depression. Over pride. Over weakness. The victory has been won! Spend today dwelling in the victory set before you.

Therefore, since we have been justified by faith, we have peace with God through our Lord Jesus Christ. Through him we have also obtained access by faith into this grace in which we stand, and we rejoice in hope of the glory of God. Not only that, but we rejoice in our sufferings, knowing that suffering produces endurance, and endurance produces character, and character produces hope, and hope does not put us to shame, because God’s love has been poured into our hearts through the Holy Spirit who has been given to us.

— Romas 5:1-5

For freedom Christ has set us free; stand firm therefore, and do not submit again to a yoke of slavery.
— Galatians 5:1

Now to him who is able to do immeasurably more than all we could ask or imagine according His power that is at work in us, to him be glory in the church and in Christ Jesus throughout all generations, forever and ever. Amen.
— Ephesians 3:20-21
